Pulverization → formulation according to application requirements → wet grinding → mixing → crushing → drying → screening → adding molding agent → re drying → preparing mixture after screening → granulation → pressing → forming → sintering → forming (blank) → flaw detection → packaging → warehousing

1. Using low pressure sintering technology, the quality is stable and reliable: the maximum sintering pressure can reach 100kg/F, effectively eliminate the pores in the alloy, and obtain high hardness, high strength, good densification billet. Advanced temperature control system can effectively reduce quality fluctuation.

2. Adopt overpressure automatic pressure relief extrusion equipment, can produce various types of tools.

3. High precision and fine grinding of bar material can achieve mirror effect: using CNC grinding machine, the maximum polishing speed, polishing can quickly remove the damaged layer, improve the surface finish, to achieve the highest mirror effect.

How to keep the Tungsten Steel Tools?

It is strictly forbidden to write or mark on the blade with an electric pen or other scratching methods to avoid damage to the blade body. Pedal knife blade edge is extremely sharp, but very brittle.
